TERMS & CONDITIONS:
QUOTATIONS AND CONTRACTS:
Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation or accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you. All quotations are valid at the time of quoting error and omissions excluded.
PRICES:
Where applicable all prices are subject to GST. Prices quoted on this website are guide prices only subject to viewing final artwork. Once artwork and full specifications have been finalised, a quotation price will be confirmed.
ORDERS: All orders must be confirmed in writing. Purchase orders must have an order number clearly shown. The Customer must pay a 50% deposit prior to the Supplier taking any action to fulfill the order.
SMALL ORDERS: Where you require a quantity smaller than the minimum quantity shown, this is normally possible but usually carries a small order surcharge, please contact us for an exact quotation.
OWNERSHIP: Ownership title of any of our promotional products remains with us until payment has been made in full into our account or cheques cleared.
SAMPLES POLICY: Maximum dollar value is $30 of product. All samples provided free of charge are requested to be returned within a 21 day period otherwise they will be billed out to you at the 100 unit rate. If more than two types of any one style of product, or the total sum of samples is over $30, we require payment of samples. We are happy to credit this back if an order is placed and samples are returned. Please note though the credit will only apply to those items ordered and returned. Any other items not ordered are non-returnable for a credit.
TRADING TERMS: We accept Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cheque, B-Pay or Direct Deposit. Visa and MasterCard: 2.29% merchant fee on all charges. Amex: 3% merchant fee on all charges
FULFILLMENT: 2-5% above or below quantities order is acceptable as full shipment and billed accordingly.
SHIPPING: Freight times are estimated only – Vanilla Merchandising can not be held responsible for delays once the goods have been dispatched and on the correct courier service agreed upon. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed by common carrier, international or Australian Customs departments or by ‘acts of God’.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER: Once the order confirmation form has been signed and artwork approved, it is agreed we will supply your product on the specified time as stated on the order confirmation form. If you cancel an order after signing the order confirmation form, cancellation fees may apply. Fees can vary from order to order depending on status of the job, but typically the costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of job if items have already been decorated. You will not be responsible for cancellation fees if we don’t have the item in stock.
ARTWORK AND FEES: If artwork is not supplied in correct format, artwork charges are billed at $50 +GST per hour. Some minor artwork may be done at no cost. Please check with us and we can supply a quote. Prices quoted will be subject to viewing the final Artwork and Layout Supplied for each item. Receipt of a signed Artwork approval from the Customer by the Supplier is binding. No claims to the extent permitted by law for any matter whatsoever in respect of the Goods (including without limitation, product liability, merchantably quality and fitness for purpose)
can be made by the Customer unless the Goods do not match approved Artwork.
SECTION 1 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We reserve the right to alter any details or design of products illustrated without prior notice and while every effort is made to describe our goods accurately on sales literature, email and the website no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and full account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.
