3- ACTION STEP PROCESS:

The next step in the process is the Action Step.  Here we’ll take immediate action to start bringing your product from concept to life.  This will be done by supplying you with everything you need to fully conceptualise what the final product will look like.  By providing samples so that you & your team can view colours, materials, textures, sizes, weight and quality.  We’ll also provide you with free in-house design concepts and digital art mock-ups of the final product(s), and begin to refine the final details within the quotes as well.  This process ensures that you’ve selected the best and most cost efficient product to create your unique giveaway.  In this process we have now started to build a virtual image of what your final product will look like as a finished item.  Following this orders will be secured, approved and deposits paid to bring us to our next process.

4- PRODUCTION PROCESS

Now we’re ready to commence the Production Process, and actually start physically producing your product.  Within this production process we’ll endeavour to bring all the design artwork and mock-ups, along with all the physical raw materials, and commence producing a prototype; which we call a “Pre-Production Sample” (PPS) for your approval.  This sample will allow you to see and check all components are spot-on with the product.  Here you can look and feel that all is 100% correct and that the PPS is perfect before going ahead to full production.

Once the PPS has been approved, we’re off and good to go into full production mode.  Timelines, deadlines, logistics for transportation, packaging, pick, pack to final dispatching and the delivery of your goods are all managed and met by us.  We compare what was initially strategised in process 2, and check all that was identified in this process was carried out in production

5- FINAL OVER-VIEW:
